E-Commerce Return Policy:
Exchanges: All sales are final with exchanges given only for identical product with valid reason for exchange with approved exchange number provided by Tow-Mate USA. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable. All exchange requests must be received within 30 days from initial order or no exchange will be offered. A copy of the receipt must accompany all returned items. Please allow 14 business days after product has been received by us for any merchandise exchange. We are not responsible for any damaged product caused by shipping services.
Discrepancies or Wrong Product: All discrepancies or wrong product received must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt of product. Please notify us of ANY discrepancies or wrong product received via email. All merchandise that qualifies for return must be properly packed and include a copy of the receipt. Return merchandise to:

Damaged Product: If product is damaged upon delivery it is suggested that the delivery be refused or write on delivery ticket from carrier the damage information. It is also suggested that pictures are taken to show all damage. Returns, discounts or exchanges due to damage are at the discrepancy of Tow-Mate USA. Damage information must be reported to Tow-Mate USA within 3 business days of delivery receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: If product returned does not meet above listed return guidelines, an exchange will not be given and you will remain responsible for all fees and an additional restocking fees per item.
